Dear Viking Customer Service,
I wanted to take a moment to write you and thank you for FANTASTIC price, service, and
coverage on my used car warranty! After shopping all the extended warranty companies - I
found an unbelievable deal for my Honda Odyssey at Viking. The policy offered was less
then half of your nearest competitor. I had some questions and Viking actually had a
manager (not a salesperson) talk to me for over a half hour to answer all my questions.
Your company was the most accessable and professional (didn't beg me or insult their
competition). Viking was also the only company that had no outstanding B.B.B. complaints
in over 3 years. I can call and talk to real ASE Certified claims representatives any time but everything is
Internet based with no commissioned sales people. I would highly recommend your company
to anyone looking for aftermarket warranty coverage.
BTW - Viking came through for me within the first 6 weeks of signing the contract. My power
sliding doors went bad and their warranty covered over $500 less my $50 deductible. The
dealer told me even Honda might not have covered what your company did! Thank you Viking!
